The Ability to Overcome Difficulties
Going through significant medical experiences, such as surgery or a challenging or traumatic birth, can bring about many emotional and mental challenges. These periods can be not only physically demanding but also mentally and emotionally draining. Fear and uncertainty may arise, and it can sometimes be difficult to process these feelings. Whether you're in the preparation phase, undergoing a medical procedure, or in your recovery period, it's important to give yourself the space to rest, reflect, and process.
In my practice, I can provide the guidance you need, using psychosocial therapy, hypnotherapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Sometimes I offer home visits if you're too weakened to come to the practice (in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug region).
The powerful guidance techniques help you not only release fear and uncertainty but also allow you to focus more on the present moment. Together, we can address the blockages. By consciously feeling where there is still tension in your body or identifying emotions that haven’t been fully processed, we create space for relaxation and healing.
What I aim to achieve with my guidance is that you feel more balanced or experience an improved quality of life, regardless of the (medical) challenges you’ve gone through or still face.
